The platform

Each user is given a personal login within the customer account on the Sterc.ONE platform. You log in with your own credentials as well as a mandatory 2FA authentication.

Your data remains your data. Safe and always within reach.

In the Sterc.ONE platform, you work with a set of standard agents (Enterprise) and custom AIs, always trained on your organization. On the left, you see your personal agent list: from note taker to lead finder, all ready to pop.

Within Sterc.ONE, you manage all your agents' instructions in one central place. Turn prompts on or off, adjust them and find out what works best for your organization.

Access to these settings is of course protected and available only to users with the appropriate permissions.

In the Vector Store, you store your own knowledge safely and vectorized. This way, your AI always knows what's going on within your organization. Add documents manually or link your platforms for automatic updates from your website, CRM or ERP. Our embedder automatically converts all data to vectors and is synchronized with a dedicated AI database.

Manage your stores, adjust where needed, add new knowledge - accessible, of course, only to users with the right permissions.

In the Usage section, you can see exactly how many tokens you have used, by month and item:

In addition, you can see which package you currently have and what's in it. So you always know where you stand and whether it's time to scale up.

Whether you work in the Netherlands, Germany or switch internationally between English and French, Sterc.ONE always speaks your language. By default, the platform is available in four languages:
